Our flagship Sports in Space Workshop invites PLAYERS to design games for microgravity environments — combining engineering, teamwork, and imagination in a way that makes space feel tangible and exciting.

U7 & U8 — Founding Soccer Teams

We're recruiting U7 and U8 players for our first season, debuting in the Junior Development League (JDL) at E90 Soccer on September 13, 2026.

What to expect:

  • Training starts August 2026 — get on the field before the season kicks off

  • Two sessions per week (days TBD), 5:00–6:30 PM

  • Season debut in the JDL at E90 Soccer, Tukwila

What Is the STEM Lab?

Because knowledge is something that also needs training, we're unveiling our first-ever STEM Lab — a 1,300 sq ft workshop inside the E90 Soccer campus, opening this fall.

Here, kids build technical knowledge through hands-on STEM modules led by our staff of space engineers and educators:

  • CAD design & 3D printing

  • Electrical circuits & coding

  • Sports technology

  • The future of sports in space

  • and more

Every Space United academy player receives a free Lab membership — a founding perk of joining our one-of-a-kind club.

  • Yes, our U7 & U8 teams will compete at E90's Junior Development League (JDL)

    Games will be played at:

    Elite 90 Soccer
    495 Andover Park E, Tukwila, WA 98188

  • Yes. The soccer teams will practice 2 times per week (days TBD) and will play JDL league games at E90.

    Practices will be held at:

    Elite 90 Soccer
    495 Andover Park E, Tukwila, WA 98188

  • The cost to join the Academy program is $199/month.

    The monthly registration fee will include:

    • 2x Practices at E90 (5:00 PM - 6:30 PM)

    • 1x Weekend game at JDL-E90

    • 4-hours of STEM Lab access per month.

    *Uniform fee is separate and ranges as a one-time fee of 50-$100.

    *We are actively working to reduce or eliminate the uniform fee by working with corporate sponsors and grants.

  • Yes. Our STEM Lab at E90 will have open membership access.

    Membership access will include a:

    • 4hrs/month access

    • 8hrs/month access
